Our contracts at Sunterra Storage are month-to-month! That means that you can end your lease at any time with only 10 days advance notice. To cancel, you can call, text, email or request to move out from your online portal! If you move in any date after the first of the month, your bill for that month will be prorated!

Our storage facility is completely surrounded by a 6-foot tall chain-link fence. There’s no way in or out without going through the main gate and grand parkway. The entire facility is also monitored and keypad entry to the gate ensures that only authorized personnel can enter.

Yes, we offer short-term storage, however, the minimum billing is prorated until at least the end of the first month and monthly after that unless cancelled.
We offer tenant protection plans through SafeLease. This coverage is optional for indoor mini storage, but mandatory for outdoor parking. Tenants may waive coverage requirement by submitting their own proof of insurance.
The normal covered sites have a clearance of 13’6″ whereas the extra-tall, covered sites have a clearance of 14’0″.
Also, the extra-tall, covered sites are open in the rear, allowing a unit larger than 40′ to center under the canopy whereas the normal covered sites have cross bracing in the rear limiting them to a total length of 40′.

Our access drive is a minimum of 70′ wide for both open and covered parking.
