The Facility
The normal covered sites have a clearance of 13’6″ whereas the extra-tall covered sites have a clearance of 14’0″.
Also, the extra-tall covered sites are open in the rear, allowing a unit larger than 40′ to center under the canopy, whereas the normal covered sites have cross bracing in the rear limiting them to a total length of 40′.
Our access drive is a minimum of 70′ wide for both open and covered parking.
In most areas, tenants will have 75′ – 80′ of effective drive width to further aid in easy parking.
Our facility is accessible between the hours of 6 am and 10 pm, 7 days a week.

The Lease
The easiest way to sign a lease is via the “Rent Now” button here on our website.
It takes less than 10 minutes and doesn’t require any physical printing or scanning of forms.
All Sunterra Storage contracts are month-to-month. We require a 10-day notice to cancel the lease.
Tenants need a drivers license & proof of vehicle insurance!
Yes, however the minimum billing is prorated until at least the end of the first month and monthly thereafter unless cancelled.

Yes, however that information can be delivered after the lease is signed by logging into our website. We also offer Tenant Protection programs through SafeLease.
No. Our facility caters to storage for boats, private-use vehicles, and residential storage.
We don’t allow landscape crews or other business use at our facility to ensure the safety and security of our tenants.
You will choose a gate code that grants you access via a digital keypad at the entrance.
No, our site is geared toward storing personal belongings, RVs, motorhomes, boats, and trailers. Heavy and/or long vehicles interfere with the operation of other vehicles and can cause damage to our site.
Miscellaneous
No, our site is not permitted to facilitate habitation.
No, the space allocated to each rig (12’) will not accommodate open slides.
We provide a 30 Amp / 50 Amp RV check plug near the entrance to check your major electrical systems before heading out on your vacation.
Our facility is under 24-hour digital video surveillance and features a barbed-wire fully fenced site with unique access codes.
